In the event that your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged you will need to file a claim with Ups, Usps, or FedEx. Once a claim has been filed please send us a copy that it was submitted along with any evidence showing damage to your product or package.
Refunds or exchanges will not be processed once your order has been processed or shipped. If you receive your order and something is missing, please send us an email. If you notice a mistake with your mailing address please send us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can fix it before shipping.
