I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship items ordered within 1 Business Day. However please allow 1-3 business for all orders to be processed.
Tracking numbers will be updated within 24 hours after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't receive your tracking number within 24 hours please email us at gvc@greenvalleycleanser.com.
What if I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
What do I do If my package is lost?
If your package has been stolen, lost, or damaged please file a claim with the carrier UPS at https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page You will then send us a copy of your completed claim request via email to gvc@greenvalleycleanser.com along with evidence such as pictures that can prove that your claim was filed
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 1-7 business days. Shipments may be delayed due to holiday slowdowns.
